Terms of Use

Last updated: September 2026

These terms cover your use of this website. By browsing it, you agree to them. They don't cover in-person service at our locations, which is subject to the normal terms you'd expect at any restaurant or cafe.

Use of This Website

This site is provided for general information about Freska Gibraltar — our locations, menus, catering and meal plan options, and how to reach us. You're welcome to browse it and get in touch, but please don't misuse it (for example, by attempting to disrupt the site or access it through unauthorised means).

Menus, Pricing & Availability

Menu items, prices, opening hours and offers shown on this site are correct as of the time of publishing but may change without notice. Please confirm details directly with a location if it matters for your visit.

Catering & Meal Plan Enquiries

This website does not process online orders or payments. Catering requests and meal plan sign-ups made through the buttons on this site simply open an email or message to our team — any order, quote, pricing and delivery arrangement is confirmed directly between you and Freska.

Intellectual Property

The Freska name, logo, and the text, photos and design on this site belong to Freska Gibraltar unless otherwise credited, and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

Third-Party Links & Services

This site links out to services we don't control, including WhatsApp, Google Maps, Apple Maps and NomNoms. We aren't responsible for the content, availability or practices of those third-party services.

No Warranty

We try to keep this site accurate and available, but it's provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we don't guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Freska Gibraltar isn't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Gibraltar.
